What is Food Intolerance?
Sensitivity to certain foods, or food intolerance, is the inability to properly digest or fully process certain foods. A common consequence is damage to your intestine - Leaky Gut. In turn this leads to chronic symptoms and illness.
Sometimes the effects are mild, but nagging. However for some people the effects can be truly terrible. But getting yourself onto the right diet allows it all to heal.
