The Easy Weight Loss Secret . . . 15 Oct 2009

Lose pounds easily!
See how your sensitivity to certain foods - food intolerance (food sensitivity) has made you heavier - and how you can easily lose those pounds and be a smaller size!

The Food Intolerance Healing Program did NOT set out to be a weight loss club. However, Program members who have properly identified their food intolerance (food sensitivity) are reporting these benefits:

  • Symptoms disappear!
  • Overall better health and motivation
  • Better skin, nails and hair
  • Stronger resistance to infection like colds and 'flu
  • Increased energy - (no more chronic tiredness)
  • Greater awareness of body signals
  • Weight loss (our membership evidence suggests 5 to 9 kg on average)

  • Did you know food sensitivity causes fluid retention? And added fluids means extra pounds!

That's why eating the right foods for your body allows you to slim down and can take years off your appearance.

Are you tired of the puffy circles under your eyes? Tired of no energy at the end of the day?
You'll get renewed health and a fresh burst of energy when you identify and start to manage your food intolerance.

But look at this . . many of our members are reporting weight losses of 5 - 9 kg when they do the brilliant Detection Diet - once they identify their food sensitivity. (That's 10 - 20 pounds in weight loss!)

So not only have they lost the symptoms - they are slimmer. Take away the worry and discomfort of symptoms and suddenly you look and feel years younger!

Food sensitivity (intolerance) is common. It affects 3 out of 4 people (References below). There are only a few main types of food sensitivity: Yeast, Dairy, Fructose, and Gluten, and food allergies. Which is you? Look in the Symptoms Matrix (you need to be registered - free!)

My personal story - 22 kg lighter
Evidence from our club membership shows most overweight people who start eating right for their particular food sensitivity notice pounds disappear without any effort to reduce.

My personal experience was that in 10 weeks I lost 8kg and dropped two dress sizes.

I have since dropped another dress size. That's Australian size 18 down to size 12, and all together 22 kgs lighter. (In pounds that's 48 and a half lbs!)

    Typical symptoms of food sensitivity
Intolerance to gluten, fructose, yeast and milk protein is associated with the human immune, neurological and endocrine systems (References below). Typical reactions are:
  • Headache
  • Tiredness and chronic fatigue
  • Catch colds and flu easily
  • Stomach bloating or flatulence or diarrhea
  • Recurring mouth ulcers
  • Depression or irritability
  • Weight gain from fluid retention

  • How Food Sensitivity Causes Weight Gain
As a scientist and researcher, this is my theory:
When you are stung by a bee or bitten by a mosquito the first thing that happens (after the pain and itch) is swelling. Antibodies rush to the scene and the bite gets red and hot: extra fluids are delivered to the site and swelling happens: the immune response.

While this is designed to assist the healing, frequently the fluid retention is so extreme it hinders the healing process. That's why we use ice to discourage swelling.

Now imagine it in slow motion: mild aggravation of cells in the intestine, skin and tissues throughout the body, the immune response to something you are eating: slowly retaining fluid . . . . over weeks, months and years.

And all the time you keep eating the foods which cause it, keeping your body in a very mild state of 'alert'. This is actually a small physical stress on your body, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

And added fluids means added pounds! Doesn't it make sense to stop eating that problem food and give your body a break? Cut out that food and you'll lose the bloating!
Food sensitivity has always been linked to changing body weight. While the rare Celiac Disease (~ 0.5% of people) causes malabsorption of nutrients in children and weight loss, it seems that the milder and much more common food intolerance (eg. to gluten, yeast, fructose and dairy) can cause weight gain) references below).

How do I identify my food sensitivity?
    Just 2 easy steps:
      1. Identify your problem food using the Detection Diet in Food Intolerance Healing Program.
      2. Avoid your problem foods with the help of the Compleat Guide series in Food Intolerance Healing Program. (All types catered for: Yeast-free, Wheat-free, Fructose-free, Gluten-free and Dairy-free.)
Isn't this just what you need to get back to great health? Don't just take our word for it. See what others are saying: Testimonials.

And there's no financial risk at all. The brilliant Detection Diet is guaranteed to find your food intolerance or your money will be refunded.
